Basic Pricing:

PERSONAL TRAINING: $35 a visit OR $30 2x a week visit OR $25 3x a week visit.

We aim to be the cheapest personal training in the area so that people can come in as often as they want and even make All Day Fitness their home gym if they want.  Because of this cheap entry cost we do small group training and have up to 4 people at a time doing their custom program.  The program is based on individual needs and not just a cookie cutter build.  Our program design is different because we take current lifestyle, current muscle imbalances as well as past injuries and mobility issues into consideration which not many places do.  The price for training might seem on the cheap side, but the quality of the individual program is what training looks like from a professional that has dedicated their life to health and fitness.

Custom Program Design:  $100 – 3 month program OR $300 – Year Long Program with many interchangable variables depending on how your body performs and current starting point.

If you have an ok idea of what to do or maybe have just never been a fan of working with a trainer and simply want something to follow, then this is your next best bet.  This program would be based off of the starting point we discover with your individual goals in mind and then simply build a program from scratch.  You’ll be able to have access to us whenever you want to make sure you are on the right path and things are going smoothly.  Any hiccups we will obviously help you get past because we want you top be happy with us, the program and your RESULTS.  This is why we will never half ass program design.
