The first visit and work out is FREE.  We design custom personal training programs based on the individuals lifestyle, availability, experience, muscle imbalances or injuries and important factors, and access to exercise and healthier habits in general.  From there after a few visits and a starting point is reached then we can start tracking progress and numbers right away to make sure we are on the right track, dealing with any adjustments needing to be made along the way.
