*IMPORTANT* We are by appointment only, not 24/7. if we don’t have anyone locked in, we’re not here. you -must- give a heads up as classes are small. If we don’t have anyone requesting a class spot 5 hours before a class, (most places require 24 hr notice) we cancel the class and schedule personal training clients if possible or just fill time the best we can. we will not just sit around and wait to see if people show up.
